"Helping veterans transition into the civilian workforce is an old concept with a strong purpose, to serve those who’ve served us. Valor Bridge provides a better path for selected veterans through intelligent conversation, meaningful classes, unique mentor pairing, and more. I was fortunate enough to be selected as a fellow, the knowledge and experience gained was incredible. Furthermore, the comradery of working towards goals with fellow veterans and supporters is a very welcome benefit for most transitioning veterans.”
- Justin Cummings, USMC NCO & Valor Bridge Fellow

“The business community is looking for a few good leaders that are willing and capable of furthering their organizations' goals and objectives. Valor Bridge empowers and equips a unique group of men and women to answer this call: veterans of the United States military. Through Valor Bridge, I learned how to unleash my unique skill set, experiences, and full potential to contribute as a business leader. I have participated in many veteran transition programs; what Valor Bridge provides is unparalleled! I'm looking forward to serving as a Valor Bridge Ambassador, to help other veterans contribute to the global business community.”
Al Kim
Colonel, USMC Retired

"Valor Bridge was a great experience for me and provided a very welcome and effective  network, sound advice and training, and critical mentorship at a time when we were facing life changes and a degree of uncertainty about the future. The budding confidence I have to pursue my passion as an entrepreneur I owe to Valor Bridge."

Lieutenant Colonel, USA Retired
VP and COO, Heritage Arsenal

"I owe my successful transition after 21 years of service to Valor Bridge and it's comprehensive program. The program started by validating that I was heading toward the best industry and position for me through personality and skill evaluations. It then armed me with the knowledge and the many tools required for my search. The events with local business leaders who graciously volunteered their time to pass their perspective on the local business needs and environment where outstanding. I will never be able to fully thank a
local business leader and volunteer at Valor Bridge for the one on one time spent with me on resume editing and interview preparation. Within a month of graduating from the program I found a role I was searching for that matched my skills and interests, in the industry I was passionate about. Thank you Valor Bridge!"
