PROGRAM

CURRICULUM

Valor Bridge consists of a comprehensive ten week curriculum followed by one-on-one pairing with senior-level mentors from various industries.
Our program features executive coaches and leadership development professionals who guide Fellows though the following key components:
Translating Military Skill sets
• Personality Profiling – Understanding your own and others
• Identifying Strengths
• Business Economics & Leadership Training
• Interviewing and Salary Negotiations
• Effective Networking & Relationship Building

In addition to this robust curriculum, our Fellows experience the following unique opportunities:

  • CEO Roundtable – Valor Bridge hosts executives from various industries for round table forums where Fellows and business leaders have direct discussions to address real issues.
  • Corporate Partner Exposure - Valor Bridge Fellows have the opportunity to attend classes at our corporate partner's offices where they will engage with executive leadership and HR professionals. 

MENTOR
PAIRING

Each Valor Bridge cohort culminates through thoughtful and intentional pairing of Fellows with senior professionals and executives that may not have served in the military, but have a strong desire to help further develop leaders.
What is it?
A leadership development program for transitioning veterans of war structured as a collaboration with the business community through relationships, curriculum, and a mentoring partnership.
Which is?
A template to prosperity that develops business aptitude and wherewithal, including a positioning process into business environments and/or markets suitable for both parties.
How?
Valor Bridge provides a full encompassing process including resources, networking opportunities, and a partnership of coaching and learning.
When?
On site curriculum programs throughout the year that can last a number of months, pending veteran and presenter availability.
